We started Klean Crave after seeing the the changes in my health, after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that affects multiple aspects of your health and stems from gut dysbiosis. Consuming gluten, dairy and high fodmap foods exacerbate the issues. At Klean Crave , we strive to give you back delicious , easy-on-the-tummy breakfast and dessert like snacks, without the gluten, dairy or excess sugars. Your food sensivities should not hold you back frrom great tasting food.
While we strive to prevent all cross contamination , we do manufacture in a facility that uses flour. If you are intolerant to gluten, you can safely consume our products. If you are a highly allergic celiac, we would advice caution. Three out of our four flavors have no nuts, so people with nut allergeis can safely have them. Only Nutti Nirvana has nuts.

You can eat them straight up from the cups. Or you can add different toppings like granola, chopped fruits , seeds like hemp or pumpkin or sunflower, nut butters or nuts.
The best before date is printed at the back of the pack.
Consume immediately, or keep in air tight container and consume 1-2 days. Keep refrigerated.
Yes, add some frozen mangoes, bananas or berries and blend into a delicious smoothie.
Yes. many of our customers keep it in their work fridge for when they need a pick-me-up or for days when they need to be at work early. Its a great breakfast or snack. You can pack a small bag/cooler with ice and take it to the beach on a hot day.
We ship with UPS 2 day . When your package arrives, immedialtely refrigerate it after removing from the box. You can freeze and use the gel packs to take the puddings in long commutes, to beaches or for short hikes in a cooler.
