Kheer is one of the oldest and most loved desserts in South Asian cuisine. Slow-cooked rice, whole milk, sugar, cardamom, nuts — made with patience and served on the occasions that matter. It’s the pudding of celebrations, of family, of home.
Nutti Nirvana was born from a craving for exactly that — and a realization that the version you grew up with wasn’t something you could grab from a refrigerator shelf.
So we rebuilt it. We kept what makes kheer extraordinary: the fragrant warmth of green cardamom, the richness of crushed cashews and almonds, the creamy, enveloping base. And we made it plant-based, dairy-free, and gluten-free — using coconut milk instead of whole milk, monk fruit instead of sugar, organic chia seeds instead of rice.
The result is something that tastes remarkably, unmistakably like the real thing. Warm, comforting, nutty, spiced. It’s the pudding you know by heart, cleaned up and ready for today.
Taste Profile:
Warm, nutty, and gently spiced with green cardamom. Rich and creamy with a depth of flavor from the coconut milk base and a satisfying texture from crushed cashews and almonds.
Best Enjoyed:
Cold from the fridge for a classic chia pudding experience, or gently warmed for 30–40 seconds to mimic the warm kheer it was inspired by. Pairs wonderfully with masala chai or warm spiced milk.
